We would like to invite you to our first annual Reindeer Gains Push/Pull event!
This push/pull competition is open to lifters of all experience and a great way to try out lifting on a platform in front of a crowd of friends and fellow lifters. Please pre-register so we can offer you an organized and fun event!

Rules meeting at 9:30am (all lifters must attend!)
