# Event Details

- **Event Name**: A Place to Call Home Art Workshop
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 26 Sep, 2026 at 11:30 am
- **Event Description**: As the City of Bondurant brings new public art to Silo Commons in the Grain District, you are invited to be part of the creativity through a free, hands-on art workshop.

Led by Heidi Jumper, a California-based muralist and teaching artist working with the Yanoe x Zoueh project team, the class is inspired by the prairie flowers and plant life featured in A Place to Call Home, the large-scale mural being created on the historic grain silos at Silo Commons.

Participants will create their own original floral artwork while learning and exploring wet and dry watercolor-pencil techniques. No previous art experience is needed, just come ready to create.
