Where: This is Yoga Clovelly  

You will learn how to run a SonicSounds interactive mindfulness class and along with this join the growing tribe of instructors. 

There is a pre requisite to doing this training, as all instructors must have completed Rainbow Sounds Level 1 class either online or in person. 

If you have not yet done this, please join a class or enrol into on-demand. 

SonicSounds™ is a fun, guided somatic experience that combines breath, intentional movement, vocal sounding, and quartz bowl resonance. Each participant engages directly with two instruments: a Sound Therapy Bowl and their voice. It’s not at all like singing — it’s sounding.

This is not a passive lay down sound bath. It is interactive and intentional. Join our growing community of instructors! 

Becoming a instructor comes with a licence to use the SonicSounds brand, once you complete training, to continue as a Licensed Instructor and gain access to marketing and ticket support you will can choose from 3 levels of membership, starting from $8pw up to $18pw of support

You can expect from attending a Sonic Sounds class:
Fun instructors guiding you through:

Diaphragmatic breath work to regulate the nervous system

Cross-body integration and grounding movements

Vocal toning and embodied sound exploration

The felt vibration of quartz bowls as a resonance anchor

Structured stillness to land and integrate

Throughout the session, sound is used as an internally sensed, breath-led action. It’s not a performance — it’s a practice. The sound therapy bowls support your process, but your breath and body lead the experience.

To get out of your mind for an hour and reset your nervous system. Because most stress lives in the body, not just the mind. We store our issues in our tissues — and with somatic breath, movement, and sound, we can shift them.
