About JADE CLARK, Acupuncturist, TCM Physician & Founder of White Owl Clinic

Jade Clark is a Chinese Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and mind-body healing. Trained at the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou Hospital in China, she blends ancient wisdom with modern practice to restore balance on physical and emotional levels. Her mission is to inspire transformation by showing how traditional healing traditions can be integrated into modern life—helping people unlock their innate power to heal. About MARY SABIN, host, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist

Mary is a certified sound healer and has a degree in music performance from the University of Michigan. She studied flute under Amy Porter and has played in various orchestras and ensembles in the USA and Europe. She also sings soprano, plays piano, pipe organ, harmonium, guitar and many other sound healing instruments. After a career in classical performance, directing choirs, recording and teaching music, her passion has turned towards wellness and sharing the science of how solfeggio frequencies, binuaral beats, hypnotic rhythms, chanting and various timbres can heal the body and mind. She enjoys hosting a range of transformational wellness events, including breathwork, kundalini yoga, kundalini activations, meditation, sound healing and more. Your Arrival

Doors open at 6:45pm for a 7pm start. We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to slowly settle in, receive your tibetan bowl cleanse and enjoy drinking your hot cacao.

What to wear and bring?

Wear loose clothing so that your arms and legs are easily accessible for the pins. Your body temperature can drop during a sound healing, so feel free to bring anything to make yourself warm and cozy (eg, warm socks, a pillow, extra blanket). A yoga mat and eye mask is provided.

What is a soundbath?

A soundbath is a deeply restorative experience where you’re immersed in angelic vocals and the vibrations of a range of exotic instruments tuned to 432 Hz . The solfeggio frequencies work with the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body and mind while aligning and balancing each of the 7 main chakras. As the soundwaves ripple through your body, they release tension, clear stagnant energy, and restore a profound sense of inner peace and harmony.

What is cacao?
