Relax through a guided Yin Yoga introduction until a meditative state has been achieved. At this point sounds will be introduced to continue the meditative state and invite an inner journey to greater, centered rest and awareness.
Meditation mats and pillows are provided. Bring a blanket and bottle of water and arrive a few minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in.
