By using our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It allows our thinking minds to shut off and our emotional minds and bodies to let go of that needs to be released.This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath.Our session will begin with Lottie talking through the technique and what you might experience. We will then go into a short meditation, followed by the breathwork. Afterwards, we will have time for grounding, tea, and chats (optional!).Please do not eat a large meal before hand.If possible, try not to plan too much straight after the session.Tickets:Single ticket: $49Bring a friend ticket (admits two): $85PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT/SOMETHING TO LAY ON.You are welcome to bring anything else to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
