Welcome to the third BBC - Be Better Club, a community-driven wellness initiative brought to life by Trent Knox (Bondi's 440 Run Club), Gez Beatty (Nimbus Co. Bondi), and Gabriel Nabuco (Oakberry).

Together, we’ve created BBC to engage, educate, inspire and empower you to be your best self, one month at a time.

Join us on this month on Saturday 13th December from 7:00am–9:30am!

Schedule:

• 7am - Run: Meet at Bronte Beach for the iconic run with Trent
• 7:20am - Acai Smoothies: Sponsored by Oakberry. Grab your complimentary smoothie at 205 Bondi Rd on your way to Nimbus. Oakberry will have it waiting for you!
• 7.45am - Nimbus - Keynote Speaker - Josh McCallion chatting with Trent Knox on Strength Through Struggle & Breathwork Session - Neil O'Sulllivan, Founder of Nimbus Co.
• 8.45am - Sauna experience & ice bath education with Neil
• 9.30am - Conclusion
