Paddle Board Pilates Sundays 📍 Gulf Shores, Alabama

In collaboration with MVMT Pilates join us every Sunday at 9:15 for a Pilates class ON A PADDLE BOARD! All classes are beginner friendly and are a fusion between mat Pilates, paddle boarding and even some yoga mixed in. Taught at our floating yoga studio in picturesque Gulf Shores, Alabama.
