Vor mehr als 35 Jahren entstand der Name Titlá – heute Südtirols bekannteste Folkgruppe – eher zufällig: Auf die Frage, ob man im Wirtshaus musizieren dürfe, antwortete man schlicht mit „Titlá!“ („Nur zu!“). Seitdem begeistern die fünf Musiker mit einem unverkennbaren Klangbild, in dem sich irische und keltische Elemente mit traditioneller Tiroler Volksmusik vereinen.
Ihre Eigenkompositionen – mal kraftvoll und rau, mal feinfühlig und leise, stets ehrlich – machen Titlá zu etwas Besonderem. Die Lieder werden konsequent im Dialekt gesungen – ein bewusstes Bekenntnis zur sprachlichen und musikalischen Tradition.

Das aktuelle Konzertprogramm bietet einen facettenreichen Rückblick auf über 35 gemeinsame Jahre.
