Concerto dedicato al vincitore del I premio al LFN International Chamber Music Competition 2025. Il programma presentato dal trio unisce tre compositori molto diversi tra loro — Haydn, Copland e Brahms — ma accomunati dal riferimento, più o meno evidente, alla musica popolare contemporanea del loro tempo. Haydn rielabora elegantemente alcune melodie ungheresi; Copland, in “Vitebsk”, sviluppa un tema ebraico ispirato allo spettacolo yiddish “Dybbuk”; Brahms, nel terzo Trio, inserisce nel terzo movimento una danza bavarese, la “Zwiefache”, alternando liberamente tempi binari e ternari.

Konzert zum Gewinner des ersten Preises des LFN International Chamber Music Competition 2025. Das vom Trio präsentierte Programm vereint drei sehr unterschiedliche Komponisten – Haydn, Copland und Brahms –, die jedoch durch den mehr oder weniger deutlichen Bezug zur zeitgenössischen Volksmusik ihrer jeweiligen Epoche miteinander verbunden sind. Haydn verarbeitet einige ungarische Melodien auf elegante Weise; Copland entwickelt in Vitebsk ein jüdisches Thema, das von dem jiddischen Schauspiel
Dybbuk inspiriert ist; Brahms integriert in seinem dritten Trio im dritten Satz einen bayerischen Tanz, die sogenannte Zwiefache, und wechselt dabei frei zwischen binären und ternären Metren.
