A Transformative time honouring

✨what we wish to call  in for our future. 

A chance to gently let go of the heaviness of winter, shedding habits, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve us.

Marking  the  very start of spring, halfway between the winter solstice and spring equinox 
 
Significant of rebirth, purity and hope for ourselves and our earth

?‍♀️ Yoga with me, Maria
• Including Kriya (yogic actions)
• Breathwork
• Embodied movement to shift stagnant energy

? Meditation using our voices
• Singing mantra (optional – you’re welcome to simply listen)

? Fire ceremony
• Setting fire to our wishes and dreams
• Releasing old patterns, behaviours, and beliefs we no longer need

? Deep rest with Yoga Nidra
