• Categories: Masters | Inters | Opens

🔥 THE EVENTS (Both Days)
1. Deadlift Reps – Stiff Bar (60 Secs)
2. Overhead Press Reps – Log into Axle (75 Secs)
3. Arm Over Arm Pull – 15m (60 Secs - Fastest Time Wins)
4. Yoke & Sandball – 15m Yoke / 15m Sandball over Yoke (60 Secs)
5. Husafell Carry – Steel Husafell (Longest Distance in 60 Secs)
🏆 PRIZES & INFO
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category receive a Trophy & Goodie Bag.
• All athletes receive a Printed T-Shirt
• Spectators: Adults £5.00 | Children (6-16) £2.00 | Under 5s FREE.
