- **Event Description**: Meet at the entrance to Bolton Maternity Unit ( note this is at M block, just off Mallet Car Park - it's not the main hospital entrance. On the site map you'll be looking for the purple zone) at 11.30. We will be wearing purple.

The nearest car park is the Mallet carpark, but this is often full due to the ongoing refurbishment works so you might need to use one of the main visitor carparks instead, where there are usually plenty of spaces. Parking is paid for on departure, we will reimburse this for you.

We'll then split into two teams and walk around, taking note of how it feels to be there from a service user perspective. What's working, what's not. We will then feed that back to the maternity team over some light refreshments.

All of our feedback will go into our workplan for the next year.

Babies in slings are welcome, but we can't accommodate any older children to keep them and everyone else safe. You don't have to have given birth to attend, as long as you have used maternity services (e.g. have been or are currently pregnant). Partners are also welcome!
