After a successful first edition in Friesland that completely sold out, we are relocating to a larger venue that blends rustic farm charm with luxury and a welcoming atmosphere in a different part of the Netherlands. We have found this breathtaking new location in the northeastern area of the country on the border of Drenthe and Groningen in a village called 2e Exloërmond, a former peat colony. Experience a fully catered men's weekend for the Bear Community. As we transition to a more spacious setting with a delightful farm ambiance, we can accommodate more overnight guests. Here, you can unwind in a traditional alcove bed known as Bedstee in Dutch, or choose from other enchanting rooms and even a few private suites. All rooms, all equipped with luxuriously made beds, towels, Rituals products and sanitary facilities. Join in on your own, as a couple or a group. We have room for everyone. The new location also offers the possibility to attend the event with your tent, caravan or camper at a neighboring campsite just across the street. A wish that we heard and are now making a reality. We serve a live cooking brunch every day and a caterer provides dinner in the form of a buffet, and they're all included in your package ticket. And of course for the hungry bears, the Bearbecue on Saturday is not missing! In addition, the bar run by the volunteers of Ambearssador are ready for the thirsty bears and their friends where drinks are still really affordable for just € 2,50 each. The new location is easily accessible by private transport and offers free parking for cars and the possibility to charge electric cars. In addition, public transport stops literally in front of the door and gives you the option to be fully independent. Engage in a variety of thrilling activities such as a workshop for crafting your own ice cream at a dairy farm, making your own pizza, cycling, hiking, and swimming in one of the two outdoor pools. Furthermore, we will offer wellness facilities including a sauna, wellness experiences, two hot tubs, and a gym.
