Nature brings us to the present moment of consciousness where we get to be present to the natural world around us.Connecting with trees and humans helps support us and lets us know we are not alone and its grounding too. The green strengthens our being in a gentle way where we become more calm and peaceful than when we entered.This workshop is ran by two experienced healers and workshop facilitators Gill Black and Greta Sherratt.We will drink mugwort tea and energy balls will be on offer from the lovely Gill Black - please tell her on the day if you have any allergies.
