What Is Goat Yoga for Kids?
Goat yoga became popular across the country because it blends gentle yoga with the playful energy of goats. Our kids’ version keeps things lighthearted and age-appropriate while still being led by a certified yoga instructor.
During class:
• Goats wander naturally among participants
• Children practice simple, beginner-friendly poses
• Laughter is encouraged
• No experience is required
