We will meet in circle and share basic pelvic floor anatomy terms and accessible yoga sequencing for release and injury prevention. Woven throughout will be journaling prompts to connect with the ways you have experienced grief or stress and held these patterns in the biology of your pelvic floor. We will then explore the stories of joy, hope, pleasure, and stability that our pelvis has stored for our survival and discuss how to integrate these into the body to thrive, heal, and build compassion. Bring your grandmothers, friends, mothers, aunts etc.  

Anyone can benefit from this workshop, however if you live with any of the following you will find tools, language, and insight on how to support yourself more.
