Excitement is in the Air!!
The 2026 OHBER planning is underway. In fact, multiple people have reached out recently to inquire about when the event will take place. This means we're not the only ones planning ahead.
Start prepping yourself and your crew to get your new backyard PR on April 11+12 in the mountains of Westmoreland County, (Ligonier, PA)
The first two years were definitely building years, and we've ironed out a lot of the kinks, so this year promises to be the best yet. We're really shooting for 24+ hours this year, so make this your "A" race and show up ready to push yourself to a place you've never been before.
Please help us spread the word also. As the Backyard Ultra race format is exploding in popularity around the world, more and more runners are becoming curious how they would hold up in competition. If they knew this event was available here in Western Pennsylvania, they might just give it a go.
