Join us each month for a soulful women’s gathering that supports your feminine inner rhythm.
We’ll begin with a 30 minute gentle movement practice, then move into a grounding activity such as creating tea, essential oil blends for women’s wellness, journaling, all while sharing in meaningful conversation.
A time to slow down, connect, + return to the wisdom of your body. 🫶
