Explore the world of birds on a short hike with a naturalist. Using binoculars, we will harness inspiration from our flying friends. Then we’ll get building with LEGO. Creativity or actuality? Long legs or short legs? What color will your bird be? What’s the wingspan? The strong STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) aspect will be our little secret. 

Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 6 and older.

LEGO building will take place in the accessible nature center. The hike will be less than 1 mile on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
