Toltec Energy Dance is a transformational movement practice that combines intentional movement, breath, awareness, and focused attention to cultivate greater presence, clarity, and personal power.

Drawing inspiration from the Toltec teachings of Carlos Castaneda and the wisdom of Don Juan Matus, this practice invites participants to explore movement as a pathway to self-discovery. Through simple yet powerful exercises, students learn to quiet the internal dialogue, increase awareness, strengthen intent, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Chad Rinn has studied and practiced Toltec Energy Dance and the Toltec path for more than 30 years, bringing decades of personal experience and thoughtful guidance to each class.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, deeper self-awareness, increased vitality, or a fresh perspective on movement, this course offers a welcoming environment for exploration and growth.

No dance experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an open mind, and be prepared to move, reflect, and discover new ways of connecting with yourself and the world around you.
