Upward Inertia is so excited to be hosting our third annual Thrive: Community Wellness Festival. This FREE one day festival will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness education and experiences. From invigorating yoga and dance classes, to workshops on the arts, financial literacy, mindfulness,  functional medicine, and self care, and more a vibrant vendors marketplace sharing their knowledge and skills - this day will be jam packed great information and great people.

In addition to our classes and vendors, there will also be food trucks, face painting, a build your own slime bar, the jump slides,  and an amazing raffle. 

There will be options for everyone, regardless of age or physical abilities. 

And best off, the event is FREE to the public. Donations are accepted, and any funds raised from the event support Upward Inertia’s community outreach programming, using yoga therapy to improve the mental, physical, and social emotional health of Idaho's most vulnerable.
