Seasonal Sound Healing w/ Emily Clark

Join Emily Clark for a deeply restorative sound bath at the Garden. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ethereal vocals, chimes, and other healing instruments as you relax amidst the beauty of nature. This meditative experience will help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for inner peace. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this is a perfect opportunity to reset and recharge.

Note: Please bring water, a yoga mat/blanket, a pillow, and anything else to make yourself comfortable during this outdoor experience.

Cost: $20 member, $30 nonmember, ($10 staff)
