To tap into our innate wisdom and create true vitality, we must learn the art of doing nothing, intentional rest. Not zoning out or checking off another self-care task, but resting with awareness. Being with ourselves as observers. Listening without trying to fix or change what arises.

In this gentle practice, you’ll be guided into fully supported restorative shapes using ample props to help the body soften and settle. There is no stretching, no pushing, only passive postures that invite effort to fall away. As you rest, Lindsay will move through the room offering hands-on or hands-above Reiki to each student, creating space for deeper relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system restoration.

Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to notice sensation, observe subtle shifts, and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion. This class is less about doing yoga and more about allowing yourself to be fully held, supported, safe, and open to the body’s natural ability to soften, unclench, and release.

You will be supported, guided, and encouraged to move at your own pace. Nothing to achieve. Nothing to fix. Just an invitation to rest, receive, and come back home to yourself.
