Grab a friend and join Heather and Izzy for a playful, energizing twist on your Pilates practice. This special partner-based class is designed to build strength and connection with a little bit of laughter along the way. You'll move through a creative sequence of exercises that incorporate teamwork, balance, and support. You'll challenge your body in new ways while keeping things light and fun.

No prior partner experience needed -just come ready to move, connect, and try something new..

After class, stay and unwind with a glass of prosecco (or sparkling water) and enjoy light snacks while you mingle and soak in that post-Pilates glow.


Whether you're bringing a friend, partner, colleague, or meeting someone new, this is the perfect way to move, laugh, and celebrate feeling good in your body.
