Join Angela Monique Thomas—Ayurvedic Health Coach, Peristeam Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher—for a 4-part workshop series designed to help you live in alignment with your cyclical nature.
This series is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s signals, learn how to work with them rather than against them, and reclaim the intelligence of your menstrual cycle or moon connection—regardless of your age or stage in life.

Explore yoga, breath, and Ayurvedic practices that support hormonal balance, emotional clarity, and physical vitality.
Learn simple, repeatable tools that help you work with your body’s natural rhythm rather than push through it.
Whether you menstruate regularly, occasionally, or not at all—this series will give you tools to strengthen your connection to your body’s timing and nature’s cycles.

Understanding Moon Cycles
The moon moves through eight distinct phases every 29.5 days:
New Moon, Waxing Crescent, First Quarter, Waxing Gibbous, Full Moon, Waning Gibbous, Last Quarter, and Waning Crescent.
These phases correspond to inner seasons in our bodies and energy systems. Learning to align with them gives you access to clarity, momentum, renewal, and rest—when you need it most.
This is a return to rhythm.
