MJ Kinman in Boise

Very excited to announce that besides being the guest speaker at our March 2026 guild meeting, MJ Kinman will also be hosting FOUR workshops for us! Ticket sales open on Jan. 1st and will be available to guild members and the public alike!

"Improv Gems" is a half-day workshop in which you get to try out MJ's method of stitching giant gem quilts using improvisational piecing.

"Cracking the Color Code," a full-day workshop based on MJ's newest book.

"Lit from Within," a half-day workshop focusing on one segment of MJ's newest book.

"Playing with Pixels: Find Inspiration Using Photo Editing Apps," a lecture that shows you part of the process MJ has used to create mock-ups of new work.
