Lunar Alignment Flow

In this meditative movement class, you are invited to activate your body and mind by utilizing the Moon combined with the wisdom of ancient medicine. We will use the New Moon and Full Moon to activate our energy to our Higher Self, while learning the essential relationship between energy, matter, and the Soul. Our practice will begin with seated mudras, breath-work, and gentle activation as used in the ancient Japanese Healing Art Jin Shin. We will then tap into our body through intentional, low-impact movement influenced by cultures from around the world. We will finish with grounding and centering to set you up for the weeks to come.

This class is appropriate for all ages and genders. No experience is necessary, and is suitable for those with limited mobility or restrictions.
