Lumina: A Winter Solstice Gathering

On the longest night of the year, we gather in community to honor the return of light. With a cup of warm, spiced golden milk in hand, we’ll settle into the cozy stillness of winter and turn inward for renewal.

Join Jenn Crawford, Ashley Betz and Cara Gormley for this evening of self-illumination. This gathering weaves together breathwork to release the weight of the past season, a restorative sound bath to carry us into deep rest, and a candlelit ritual, kindling the quiet radiance that lives within each of us.

Gentle, nourishing, and heart-centered, Lumina is an invitation to pause, restore, and carry a spark of light into the season ahead.
