Immerse yourself into the transformative world of sonic vibration and sound healing as you recalibrate your physical and energetic bodies to a harmonic state.

Sound healing has ancient origins in many cultures around the world. It has been used to promote health, well-being, relaxation and to alter states of conscious awareness. Science is now catching up with what our ancestors already knew, our body, mind and spirit experience healing through sound, frequency and vibration.

Take your interest and practice of sound healing further.  Whether you're looking to create a personal practice or add another tool to teaching yoga, counseling or integrative therapy this training/immersion is for you! Join Crystal Moore as she shares her love for sound healing, studies and applications of sound healing. Metal and crystal bowls will be available during the training.
Students will enjoy an immersion experience with multiple sound baths and movement classes with sound.

Included in the training:

*Friday evening Sound Journey Experience

* The history of using instruments for healing purposes.

*The benefits of sound healing including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

*How sound is used to create, support and augment a healing environment.

*Introduction to playing techniques with metal and crystal sound bowls and tuning forks.

*Hands on instruction and technique for playing crystal, & metal singing bowls, and various other instruments/ tools.

*Playing crystal and metal bowls in yoga classes and private sessions.

*Practice with various sound healing instruments (bowels will be provided)

Hours: Friday 7 - 9PMSaturday 9 - 4PM and Sunday 9:30 - 3PM

Location: True North Yoga

Cost: $333

17 CEU each weekend for yoga teachers
