Private Bedroom (3 available) – $650

Bathrooms:
There are three full bathrooms on the property, each with a shower. Two of the bathrooms are shared and accessible to all guests throughout the retreat. The third bathroom is located in a private room where Amanda will be staying, but it will be available for guest use during the day.

Meals:�
All meals are lovingly prepared gluten-free and vegetarian, featuring farm fresh produce from Fiddlers Greens. Food allergies will be accounted for in meal preparation. Meals are included in the cost of the retreat.

About Your Guide:
Amanda Rodgers is a certified Energy Medicine Master Practitioner trained in the lineage of the Q’ero shamans of Peru through the Four Winds Society. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) who brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to all she offers. Amanda has previously led shamanic journeywork workshops and taught “Empath Essentials,” a class focused on energetic boundaries and intuitive development.

Amanda grew up on the retreat property, and her family has been devoted stewards of this land for 33 years. Her deep connection to this place informs every aspect of the retreat, inviting participants to experience the magic and healing of a landscape that has held her throughout her life. Meet Your Chef
Eloise is an internationally connected yoga teacher and cook currently based in Geneva, Switzerland and Boise, Idaho. Nature and natural food systems are at the center of her purpose driven life. Eloise spent several years working in the food industry as a baker and recipe developer for gluten free and vegan cuisine. She currently works as a yoga teacher and organic farmer, and spends everyday learning the art of a holistic approach to local and regenerative agriculture from farm to table.

At the core of her practice she emphasizes yoga to quiet the mind and further ground us back into our being with the natural world. She was introduced to yoga as an approach to mental health, and her teachings highlight the neuroplasticity of yoga by incorporating meditative and compassionate all-levels instruction in every asana.
