Elizabeth is a certified Health & Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and both Yoga and Pilates certified. With over 30 years of expertise in fitness training, group exercise, strength coaching, and nutrition counseling, she brings unmatched knowledge and energy to every class.

Her Hot Pilates classes have become a standout favorite at Hollywood Yoga _ known for being dynamic, re-driven, and, most importantly, fun!

5:15 – 8:00 PM Training

9:00 AM – Hot Pilates Class (45 min)

10:15 AM -- 5:00 PM Training (12–1 PM lunch)

9:00 AM – Hot Pilates Class (45min)

10:15 AM -- 5:00 PM Training (12–1 PM lunch)

Weekend Two

1-3 Practicum 

Tuition & Payment

Early Bird Tuition: $550 (register by Dec 15)

Regular Tuition: $650 (after Dec 15)

Payment Plan Available: Secure your spot with a $200 deposit, balance due by the first day of training.
