Gratitude & Grounding: A Thanksgiving Yin & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, reflection, and renewal as we gather in the spirit of gratitude this Thanksgiving season. This special workshop blends the stillness of Yin Yoga, the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, and the heart-opening practice of gratitude journaling to help you reconnect with yourself and the blessings in your life.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yin sequence to release tension and invite calm into the body. Then, we'll settle into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation—a “yogic sleep” that promotes deep rest and nervous system healing. Finally, we’ll close with a reflective gratitude journaling session to anchor into the season’s spirit and cultivate appreciation for both the simple and profound.
Come as you are—no experience necessary. Leave feeling grounded, grateful, and restored.
