🥊 WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll punch, kick, lift, and laugh through a 50-minute workout with coaches who guide you through the movements and offer modifications along the way.

Never tried kickboxing? You’re in the right place! No experience needed, no sparring, and no need to “get fit first.”

Come solo—we’ll help you feel welcome—or bring a friend and try it together. Newcomers and longtime locals are both welcome!

⏰ ARRIVE AT 6:30 PM
Please arrive 30 minutes before class so we can get you checked in, introduce you to your coach, and walk you through the basics.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water—we train barefoot!
