Five years ago, during one of the most uncertain times in recent history, we opened the doors to a little yoga studio in the North End of Boise.

Truthfully, we weren't sure what would happen.

We simply believed that people would need a place to breathe when the doors started opening again. A place to move. A place to connect. A place to come home to themselves.  

Paul and I sat on that same brown couch in the lobby today and waited to see if anyone would come.

Five years later, we're overwhelmed with gratitude for what this community has created together.

Since opening our doors, we've shared thousands of yoga and Pilates classes, graduated hundreds of teacher trainees, witnessed countless friendships begin, laughed together, cried together, welcomed new babies, supported one another through loss and life's difficult seasons, explored meditation retreats, walked the Camino together, built stronger bodies, cultivated calmer minds, and, because of your incredible support, been honored as Best of Boise for five consecutive years.

These five years have never really been about us. They've always been about this community and the people who walk through our doors every day with the courage to begin again.

Join us as we celebrate this incredible milestone with a weekend full of FREE classes, FREE workshops, tacos, margaritas, community, and special anniversary savings throughout the studio.

Whether you've been with us since the beginning or you're thinking about stepping inside for the very first time, we'd love to celebrate with you.
