A Holiday Grief Support Workshop 

The holiday season can be especially difficult for those navigating grief or loss. Traditions, gatherings, and seasonal expectations often magnify feelings of sadness, loneliness, and longing. This supportive workshop offers a compassionate space to explore your grief, connect with others who understand, and discover ways to care for yourself during the holidays.

In this workshop, we will:

- Acknowledge the unique challenges of grieving during the holidays
- Share coping strategies and self-care tools
- Offer opportunities for remembrance and reflection
- Provide a sense of community and support
