Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month this Fall for a transformative experience that taps into the powerful healing benefits of intentional breathing. You can expect to enter a safe, sacred space where you’ll be given the time and freedom to heal through focused breathing. The practice encourages a deep connection with both the body and the mind, facilitating release and renewal.
To get the most from the session, please come with an empty stomach, as the breathwork involves deep, rhythmic patterns that stimulate the organs, reset the nervous system, alkalize the body, and foster a profound sense of release and integration.
