About the event

Compassion In Action All Gender Mental Health Circle with Sound Bath and Cacao by Mykel Brotzman

To welcome in the Fall season with thanks we are going to be welcoming in Mykel Brotzman to lead our monthly all genders mental health circle. She will be presenting us with Cacao and a Sound Bath, both known to calm one's nervous system and help with mental health. Donations are suggested on site! Thank you.
