Join us at the Farm Stand for Cider Pressing! All are welcome, from little ones to young at heart. If you have an apple or pear tree, bring some along to press!
What to bring: a cutting board, paring knife and some sort of covered container (washed milk jug, growler, XL canning jar, etc) to take home cider.
This event is free as a thank you to our community! Everyone will share in the apples brought and can take home some cider. How much will depend on the number of people attending and the amount of apples pressed. Thank you for understanding.
We will wash, cut, remove blemishes, grind and press apples into yummy cider. Last year we had about 30 people attend and each took home about a gallon of cider. You can participate (or just visit!) as you wish.
If you know anyone with an abundance of apples, please let us know and we are happy to reach out.
Families, kids, friends are welcome. No pets please.
