In this training, you’ll explore the sacred practice of breathwork, a practice that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science.
Discover how conscious breathing transforms the whole being body mind and soul, creating balance, clarity, and inner harmony.
You’ll also learn how to hold heart-centered space for others, and guide clients through their own journeys of release and reconnection to the self.

-The benefits of breathwork
-The different types of breathwork
-How to integrate breathwork into your current services or create new offerings
