The beautiful sagebrush-steppe habitat of the Boise Foothills is home to a variety of resident birds and summer migrants, including Anna’s and Black-chinned Hummingbirds, Great-horned Owls, American Kestrels, Red-tailed Hawks, Yellow-breasted Chats, and many others.This is an accessible and inclusive bird outing. All are welcome! Please use the special needs question in the registration form to let us know more about you.
