F45 Training x Hyrox Half Sim

Are you preparing for a Hyrox...maybe Hyrox NYC? We have the perfect benchmark for you. We are running a half simulation (sim) for you to prep yourself and see what you need to work on, or even to see what the hype is all about!

Sign up here with which division you'd like:

• Women's open solo
• Women's open doubles
• Men's open solo
• Men's open doubles
• Mixed doubles

The deadline to sign up is Thursday, 2/26. Your assigned wave time will be sent via email Friday, 2/27.

On the day of the event: Please arrive at least 30 min. prior to your start time for registration, course info, and warm up.

The event will include eight 1km runs and half of each of the stations:

• 500m ski erg
• Sled push (division weight) for 25m
• Sled pull (division weight) for 25m
• Burpee Broad Jumps (BBJ) for 40m
• 500m row
• Farmer's carry (comp weight) for 100m
• Sandbag lunges (comp weight) for 50m
• 50 Wall Balls (comp weight and division target)
