Together since the early 1990s, Raymond & Mr Timpkins are a prop-and-music led comedy duo whose highly original and visually driven style has made them a standout in the UK and beyond.
Blending lightning-fast choreography, surreal visual gags, musical puns, and razor-sharp timing, their performance is a mad, anarchic triumph of silliness and comic precision.
They have toured internationally—from New Zealand to the Falkland Islands—and performed across the UK at venues from tiny pub rooms to the London Palladium, as well as festivals like Edinburgh, Glastonbury, Phoenix, and Reading.
In 2019, they were awarded UK Comedy Awards’ Comedian of the Year, a recognition voted by their peers in comedy.
Their shows often use minimal spoken dialogue. Instead, they deliver humor via clever props, cards with words, punning visuals, and choreographed antics—accompanied by guitars, stylophones, and backing tracks.
