The Connection Hub aims is to reduce isolation but bring together those with Additional needs together, along with their families, carers and PAs

Come see what we are about and meet the team! Entry is free, there will be lots of entertainment and activities. Get a taste of events to come. Be part of a new community, one that is needed, one that matters and one where you are seen!
