A full day sacred journey through the elements – clearing the way for transformation. Join us as we weave a day of magic, movement, breath, sound and mantra - nourishing from the inside out as we journey deeply together.

With spacious integration between sessions, we find harmony between sacred practice and play, ancient wisdom and modern techniques, deep inner work and joyful connection with others.

Event Flow

We begin our sacred day on the beach, gathered in circle, with a morning session designed to invigorate your journey and set the tone for a day of wonder, growth, self-care, laughter, and transformation.

From here, we’ll pause for a light snack before coming together to set our intentions and flow into a Vinyasa Yoga practice, connecting breath and movement as we awaken the body and mind.

With spacious integration breaks woven throughout the day, we continue with a Himalayan Kriya session — a deeply transformative practice that accesses the emotional body through movement and breath, gently peeling back layers and clearing energetic blocks.

Over lunch, you’ll have time to nurture yourself with options such as a sauna, ice bath, or salt scrub, before we move into the day’s powerful culmination: a Somatic Breathwork journey — a profound experience of release and renewal.

We then soften into a heavenly sound meditation, allowing deep integration of the day’s transformations.

Our journey closes with a circle of love and connection, celebrating your inner shifts and the higher frequencies you’ve embodied. A fire ceremony completes our day, anchoring the energy of love, clarity, and transformation into your heart and life.

While the sesssions are designed to loveingly invite layer by layer to surface to be released - The sessions are optional and one does not have to participate in all that is offered.

Fruit and light snack will be available for breakfast/morning tea & a vegetarian dahl and salad will be provided for lunch. Please feel free to bring your own if this doesn't suit.
