I’m really pleased to be welcoming Helen Clemo to teach this workshop here at Patchwork Dreamer.

The Stevie pattern by Tilly and the Buttons is a great introduction to garment sewing, with its easy A-line shape, grown-on sleeves and optional cuffs.

Helen will guide you through:

Using a dressmaking pattern
Choosing and adjusting your size
Cutting out and constructing your garment
Adding facings and finishing details

It’s suitable for beginners through to those with a bit of sewing experience, so don’t worry if you’re new to dressmaking — you’ll be in safe hands.
