First lesson will be about“befriending the sewing machine”.After that you can bring your ownideas and project as we make ourown clothing. We have seven sewingmachines available, feel free to bringyour own if you have one, plus anytape measures, needles, scissors andfabrics you want to use.Wellbeing workshop:We will start with a wellbeingtalk, covering the basics inholistic living. After that you willbe guided in a meditation toease your mind and emotionsand connect with your deeperSelf.
