A day out in Luxulyan! Beautiful meditations in a tranquil setting. A wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy guided meditations to gain a deep peace, stillness and clarity.

Each session will be guided by Resident Teacher and Kadampa Buddhist Monk, Gen Kelsang Dragden, and attendees will have plenty of time to calm the mind, let go of all the busyness and unwind.

The meditations and short teachings during the sessions will be suitable for everyone to enjoy and gain great benefit from and everyone is welcome!
