Entering the darker period of the year always brings new opportunities to dive within.

In many cultures all over the world this is a portal of coming together in celebration, honoring the transformation and remembering who we truly are. Following the map of the rhythms with ancestral medicine, we dive deeper into our earthly bodies, exploring our roots in search of wisdom written in our bones, memories carried in our blood to receive the support of the unseen and to be held by the mytery while dancing in our soul shoes.
