Yoga + Flow an Embodied Journey

Join Elyce for a gently guided, free-form movement experience rooted in the wisdom of yoga, breath, and somatic awareness. There are no choreographed moves nor yoga sequences, rather it's an invitation to an open, spacious movement journey where guidance is offered through simple verbal cues, imagery, and music, supporting you to move in the way your body naturally wants to move.

Together, we explore sensation, emotion, stillness, and energy through intuitive movement, pauses for breath, integration, and quiet presence. Energy will evolve from quiet presence to ecstatic flow. You are always welcome to move slowly, rest, change levels, or simply listen. This is a nurturing, non-judgmental space for reconnecting with your body, releasing what no longer serves, and remembering your own inner rhythm and wisdom.

No experience is needed. All bodies, all ages, and all levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and come exactly as you are.
